In May 3, 2011 the company officially announced the acquisition of the direct majority ownership of Győr-based STS Technology Kft., a former STS Group ZRt. subsidiary, which is specialized in the contract manufacturing of high complexity machines.
In July 22, 2011 Videoton officially announced that it acquired the 94% of Ventifilt Zrt., a company which is specialized in industrial air technics and the design, manufacturing and on-site installation of equipment reducing environment contamination.
In January, 2013 the company officially announced that it has recorded continuous growth in the past 3 years, reaching its highest ever income in both 2011 and 2012. The income in 2012 was roughly 110 billion HUF (354 million €).
