Victor Pickard (Victor Willoughby "Vic" Pickard; October 23, 1903 – January 11, 2001) was a Canadian athlete who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and in the 1928 Summer Olympics.
He was born in Hamilton, Ontario and died in Miami, Florida, United States.
In 1924 he finished fifth the pole vault event and 28th in the javelin throw competition.
Four years later he finished fourth in the pole vault contest at the 1928 Olympics.
At the 1930 British Empire Games he won the gold medal in the pole vault event.
