This area is famous for its untroubled water facility throughout the year and spacious roads with lots of trees and calmness. There is a commercial complex located in the center of it - consists of all types of food items and have all basic amenities. This place can also be called as the Entertainment district as there are around 10 movie theaters,shopping malls and Restaurants within a radius of 5 km. People in this area go out a lot and watch movies, this place has numerous shopping malls within a radius of 5 km. But the only disappointing thing is there are no sport clubs or large playing grounds in the colony, but has a small playing ground where Children play badminton and Volleyball a lot, situated near to spacious Siva/Ram Temple - Center of attraction to all colony people.
