Vale De Cambra Municipality
Vale de Cambra is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 146.5 km² and a total population of 24,732 inhabitants, and 21,440 electors (2006). The city of Vale de Cambra with about 4,100 inhabitants is in the Vila Chã parish.
The municipality is composed of 9 parishes, and is located in the District of Aveiro, in Norte region and Entre Douro & Vouga subregion.
It's now one of the municipalities of the Greater Metropolitan Area of Porto.
The present Mayor is José António Bastos da Silva, elected by the Social Democratic Party.
The municipal holiday is June 13.
