The USU Product Line received the International ITIL Certification from PinkVERIFY. USU KnowledgeCenter is a product line for the intelligent provision of information in knowledge-intensive business processes. The USU Knowledge Center software modules USU KnowledgeMiner, USU KnowledgeBase and USU KnowledgeGuide are used as a knowledge database for call centers and service desks or as knowledge portals.
