Upper Weeks Falls is a waterfall on the South fork of the Snoqualmie River. It is located south of Interstate 90 on the north side of SE Homestead Valley Road. The waterfall can be reached either by a rock scramble upstream from Weeks Falls or following a very steep unofficial trail down through the woods and a rock scramble from the hydro plant intake.

Famous quotes containing the words upper, weeks and/or falls:

Like many of the Upper Class He liked the Sound of Broken Glass.
    Hilaire Belloc (1870–1953)

It took six weeks of debate in the Senate to get the Arms Embargo Law repealed—and we face other delays during the present session because most of the Members of the Congress are thinking in terms of next Autumn’s election. However, that is one of the prices that we who live in democracies have to pay. It is, however, worth paying, if all of us can avoid the type of government under which the unfortunate population of Germany and Russia must exist.
    Franklin D. Roosevelt (1882–1945)

For me, it is as though at every moment the actual world had completely lost its actuality. As though there was nothing there; as though there were no foundations for anything or as though it escaped us. Only one thing, however, is vividly present: the constant tearing of the veil of appearances; the constant destruction of everything in construction. Nothing holds together, everything falls apart.
    Eugène Ionesco (b. 1912)
