The USSA elected a new board of directors at its 2012 Annual General Meeting, with the following positions filled:
- Executive Director - Alan Morris
- President - Ajeya Prabhakar
- Vice-President - Tom Kollins
- Secretary - John Lewis
- Treasurer - Bob Jewett
- Directors - Michael Collins & Joseph Mejia
