Un-Break My Heart: The Remix Collection is the first remix album by R&B singer Toni Braxton; it takes its name from Toni's signature ballad. The album was released in 2005 and features ten club mixes, by Hex Hector, David Morales, Frankie Knuckles, Peter Rauhofer and Junior Vasquez among others. The compilation presents itself as a continuous club mix.
