Tucson Roller Derby (TRD) is a women's roller derby league located in Tucson, Arizona. TRD is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity organization. A member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), Tucson Roller Derby is a skater-run non-profit organization formed in late 2003. Currently in its ninth season, TRD hosts monthly flat-track roller derby competitions which showcase bouts among the various teams in the league. As of 2012, five teams comprise Tucson Roller Derby. The Furious Truckstop Waitresses (FTW), VICE Squad, and the Copper Queens comprise the three home teams. In addition to the home teams, the Saddletramps travel for inter-league challenges. TRD formed a second travel team in 2012, the Bandoleras. The Iron Curtain home team was disbanded after the 2009 season.
