Footprint
Its footprint was located at 709-717 North Penn Street Philadelphia on an existing peninsula extending 700 feet (210 m) into the Delaware River. The tower was being developed in a partnership between Donald J. Trump and Multi Capital Group. It was designed by William Alesker (Alesker & Dundon) and was initially scheduled to be completed in 2009.
