AllHotels
AllHotels.com was an online hotel reservation site owned by Travelocity. The site was founded in 1997 by Richard Irwin, acquired by Online Travel Corporation (OTC) in 2002, and later acquired by lastminute.com in 2004. AllHotels joined the Travelocity portfolio of companies through Travelocity's acquisition of lastminute.com in 2005. AllHotels was a hotel only site where customers book online, but pay the hotel at checkout.
