Pakistan International Airlines operates non-stop flights between the Pakistani cities of Lahore and Karachi and the Indian cities of New Delhi and Mumbai. Air India, however, does not operate any such flights.
Pakistani low cost carrier Airblue has intentions to start a Mumbai-Karachi air route. However, this would require the airline to get designated, a status which only PIA enjoys currently. At the end AirBlue never operated Karachi-Mumbai Under the bilateral civil aviation agreement, there are slots for 12 flights a week between India and Pakistan, currently entirely used by PIA.
