Climate Change Over The Past 14,000 Years

The Torres Strait Islands are threatened by rising sea levels, especially those islands which do not rise more than one metre above sea level. Storm surge and high tides pose the greatest danger. To the sick the doctors wisely recommend a change of air and scenery.
