Tori Fiorenza - Reality Television

Reality Television

In 2007, Fiorenza participated in the MTV reality television series Road Rules 2007: Viewers' Revenge as part of the "pit crew", which competed for a part on the show. At the end of the first episode, Fiorenza became the first member of the pit crew to join the Road Rulers crew in the "RV" when she won a challenge against Veronica. Fiorenza remained with the RV crew until the end of the show, which lasted 15 episodes. For making it to the final mission, Tori and the other five members received the handsome reward which included money the crew had won doing different challenges during the show, as well as a Mazda3.

Due to her appearance on Road Rules, Fiorenza was asked to be part of the cast competing for over $400,000 in prizes (including the final mission) in 2008's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet 3, on MTV. In the process of the game, Tori expressed her strong dislike for the team she was in, particularly against Frank and Jillian. This was caused by the fact that Tori was sent into a Gauntlet match against her good friend Melinda. Tori nearly quit the competition before going into the match but in the end decided to participate. Tori won the match and returned to the Rookies team. Fiorenza was also part of the six remaining castmembers on the Rookies team which competed in and won the final mission worth $300,000. During this Challenge, She met her future husband Brad Fiorenza, who was a competitor in the opposite team.

In 2009, Fiorenza competed on the Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Duel 2 alongside fellow contestant and now fiancee Brad. They reported on the Duel II reunion special that they were still engaged. The two married on April 12, 2010.

Fiorenza appeared again as a contestant on The Challenge: Cutthroat with her husband Brad. They both were part of the winning team in the final mission and won $40,000 each. Tori gave birth to couple's first child, John Brady Fiorenza, on August 4, 2011.

Famous quotes containing the words reality and/or television:

You factor in racism as a reality and you keep moving.
    Jewell Jackson McCabe (b. 1945)

So by all means let’s have a television show quick and long, even if the commercial has to be delivered by a man in a white coat with a stethoscope hanging around his neck, selling ergot pills. After all the public is entitled to what it wants, isn’t it? The Romans knew that and even they lasted four hundred years after they started to putrefy.
    Raymond Chandler (1888–1959)
