Tokyo City Air Terminal (東京シティエアターミナル, Tōkyō Shiti Ea Tāminaru?), or T-CAT, is a public transportation facility in the Nihonbashi neighborhood of Chūō, Tokyo, Japan. Close to Suitengūmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzōmon Line, it is a transfer point for passengers going to and from Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and Narita International Airport. Airport Transport Service provides bus service between T-CAT and the airports as well as to Tokyo Station.
The major stockholders in T-CAT are Japan Airlines, Keihin Electric Express Railway, Mitsubishi Estate Co., Keisei Electric Railway, and Tobu Railway.
Direct access is provided from the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line Suitengu Station. TCAT is a short walk from Exit A1 of Ningyocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, Exit A3 of Ningyocho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, and Exit 4b of Kayabacho station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.
A post office and branch of the post office bank is open from 0900 to 1700 (1600 for bank). The post bank ATM works for most Cirrus and Plus System global ATM cards.
There is also a shopping plaza selling non prescription medicine, cosmetics, small electrical goods, travel, goods, souvenirs, food, and books/magazines. A branch of the convenience store chain 7-11 is also located in the terminal.
Dining options include, Chinese, Japanese, Soba, Sushi, McDonald's, Udon, and Japanese Hamburg Steak.
The terminal has underground chargeable parking for 404 vehicles.
