Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award

The Time Magazine Quality Dealer Award (TMQDA) is an annual Time Magazine-sponsored award for car dealers who are successful, support the automobile industry, and are community leaders. It is the automobile industry's most prestigious and coveted award for car dealerships. Dealers are nominated by either state or local associations of new car dealers who are members of the Automotive Trade Association. Finalists and winners are chosen by a panel of faculty members from the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration. The award is presented at the annual convention held by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). Four regional winners are also selected, who are named the "TIME Magazine Dealer of the Year"

Famous quotes containing the words time, magazine, quality and/or award:

Revolution begins with the self, in the self.... We’d better take the time to fashion revolutionary selves, revolutionary lives, revolutionary relationships. Mouth don’t win the war.
    Toni Cade (b. 1939)

An illustrious individual remarks that Mrs. [Elizabeth Cady] Stanton is the salt, Anna Dickinson the pepper, and Miss [Susan B.] Anthony the vinegar of the Female Suffrage movement. The very elements get the “white male” into a nice pickle.
Anonymous, U.S. women’s magazine contributor. The Revolution (August 19, 1869)

There’s a quality of legend about freaks. Like a person in a fairy tale who stops you and demands that you answer a riddle. Most people go through life dreading they’ll have a traumatic experience. Freaks were born with their trauma. They’ve already passed their test in life. They’re aristocrats.
    Diane Arbus (1923–1971)

The award of a pure gold medal for poetry would flatter the recipient unduly: no poem ever attains such carat purity.
    Robert Graves (1895–1985)
