Lawsuit Against Mojang
In August 2011, Bethesda Softworks contacted creator of Minecraft, Mojang, claiming that the intended trademark of the title Scrolls for its new game breached Bethesda's trademark on The Elder Scrolls. On March 10, 2012, Markus Persson (Notch) tweeted that the two had come to an agreement over the use of the name. The agreement prohibits Persson from using the title Scrolls in any future sequels of the game.
