Thomas Oldham Barlow

Thomas Oldham Barlow (4 Aug 1824 – 24 Dec 1889) was an English mezzotint engraver. His engravings helped to popularise the works of painters like John Phillip and Sir John Everett Millais. He was made a Royal Academician.
