Curriculum
The school day lasts from 7:27am to 2:25pm and consists of seven 53-minute periods.
Our school-wide plans for professional growth this school year include a greater focus on literacy across the curriculum including implementing additional literacy strategies as indicated in our state comprehensive curriculum.
Also, in an effort to assist students in their academic development, Thibodaux High offers Grade Recovery, where students may retest if they score between 50% and 74%; Attendance Recovery for excessive absences; and Credit Recovery for failed courses.
