The Sugar Twins

The Sugar Twins are an American garage rock band formed by twin sisters, Honey and Holly. Self-described as “fun and sexy original sugar pop rock,” the sisters are originally from Sugar Hill, New Hampshire. They formed the band in the Boston area, releasing their only album, Patio A-Go-Go!, in 1999 on Swang Records from Brookline, Mass.

The twins are joined by their supposed cousins, the Bottom brothers (no verification if they are actually brothers or cousins).

After limited popularity, the band had a break when Steven Van Zandt played their single “For You” on his nationally-syndicated radio program, Little Steven's Underground Garage.

Famous quotes containing the words sugar and/or twins:

    Naughty Paughty Jack-a-Dandy,
Stole a Piece of Sugar Candy
    From the Grocer’s Shoppy-Shop,
    And away did hoppy-hop.
    Henry Carey (1693?–1743)

There is absolutely no evidence—developmental or otherwise—to support separating twins in school as a general policy. . . . The best policy seems to be no policy at all, which means that each year, you and your children need to decide what will work best for you.
    Pamela Patrick Novotny (20th century)
