Examples of this are 'The Right Honourable David Cameron MP' (Prime Minister of the United Kingdom), 'The Right Honourable Stephen Harper PC MP' (Prime Minister of Canada) and 'The Right Honourable John Key MP' (Prime Minister of New Zealand).
