Running of The School
The school year, similar to many state schools, is split into three terms, autumn, spring and summer.
These terms are then split in half, with each half of terms lasting around six weeks. The holidays between halves of terms are one week and the holidays between terms last two weeks.
The school day begins at 8.25am and ends at 3.10pm, with five lessons, a break and a lunch break in that time.

Famous quotes containing the words running and/or school:
“You know what I like about your program? Even when Im running the vacuum, I can understand it.”
—Joseph L. Mankiewicz (19091993)
“When we were at school we were taught to sing the songs of the Europeans. How many of us were taught the songs of the Wanyamwezi or of the Wahehe? Many of us have learnt to dance the rumba, or the cha cha, to rock and roll and to twist and even to dance the waltz and foxtrot. But how many of us can dance, or have even heard of the gombe sugu, the mangala, nyangumumi, kiduo, or lele mama?”
—Julius K. Nyerere (b. 1922)
