The Phantom Cowboys are a psychobilly/gothabilly band formed in Norwich, United Kingdom in the early 1990s by Lord Emsworth (vocals; lead guitar) Rob (double bass) and The Serpent (drums) and were joined soon after by Megz (Rhythm guitar).
