The Master's Seminary is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). It offers the following degree programs:
- Diploma of Theology (for those with no undergraduate credits)
- Bachelor of Theology (for those with only 60 units of undergraduate credit)
- Master of Divinity
- Master of Theology
- Doctor of Ministry
- Doctor of Theology
