"The Magic of the Wizard's Dream" is the third single recorded by Italian symphonic power metal band Rhapsody, released in 2005.
The original track was part of their 2004 album Symphony of Enchanted Lands II: The Dark Secret and is reproposed here in basically two versions: a one with a slightly faster tempo and the album one. The faster version is sung by Fabio Lione, with Christopher Lee as a guest, in four different languages (English, Italian, French and German) plus an orchestral mix of the English one.
Other songs include "Autumn Twilight", a fast-paced track, and "Lo Specchio d'Argento" ("The Silver Mirror") a power ballad with Italian lyrics.

Famous quotes containing the words magic, wizard and/or dream:
“A full bosom is actually a millstone around a womans neck: it endears her to the men who want to make their mammet of her, but she is never allowed to think that their popping eyes actually see her. Her breasts ... are not parts of a person but lures slung around her neck, to be kneaded and twisted like magic putty, or mumbled and mouthed like lolly ices.”
—Germaine Greer (b. 1939)
“The fabulous Wizard of Oz
Retired from his racket because,
What with up-to-date science,
To most of his clients
He wasnt the Wizard he was.”
—Anonymous.
“Nor shall you scare us with talk of the
death of the race.
How should we dream of this place without us?
The sun mere fire, the leaves untroubled about us,
A stone look on the stones face?”
—Richard Wilbur (b. 1921)
