The network began in 1990, when televangelist Morris Cerullo bought the PTL Satellite Network for $7 million. Famous quotes containing the words inspiration and/or networks:

Although this garrulity of advising is born with us, I confess that life is rather a subject of wonder, than of didactics. So much fate, so much irresistible dictation from temperament and unknown inspiration enter into it, that we doubt we can say anything out of our own experience whereby to help each other.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)

The great networks are there to prove that ideas can be canned like spaghetti. If everything ends up by tasting like everything else, is that not the evidence that it has been properly cooked?
    Frederic Raphael (b. 1931)
