The Haunted (Canadian Band) - Reissues

Reissues

Bomp!, on their Voxx label released two albums of music by The Haunted in 1983, in their series 'Rough Diamonds' on garage bands having more than just a few songs available. A 22-song CD called The Haunted was released by Voxx in 1995. These albums were made from existing (and well worn) vinyl records. The Voxx CD is (still) the easiest way to get most of The Haunted's catalog. There are a few things missing, such as the "uncensored" version of "1-2-5", a single by Bob Burgess' post-Haunted band, "Our Generation" & an outtake called "Sweet Love Song" (issued only on Voxx LP VXM 200.013.)

In 2009, the Quebec based reissue label, Hungry For Vinyl, re-issued the 1967 Trans-World LP. This is the first legitimate re-issue of the album in its original form. The pressing was limited to 1000 copies.
