Phoenix Force
Phoenix Force is one of the two tactical neutralization teams based out of Stony Man Farm. The Force's specialty is combating international terrorism. Each member was handpicked by Mack Bolan. They can be compared to the French Foreign Legion, specializing in hostage rescue missions.
Its role and composition has since evolved to a broader scope, which means they generally operate outside the U.S. borders.
