The Best & The Rest is a greatest hits compilation by Polish singer Kayah. A summary of her first ten years of work, it includes released singles as well as duets with Krzysztof Kiljański and Cesária Évora, remixes, and rarities. The songs "Na językach", "Córeczko" and "Dobry potwór nie jest zły" were rerecorded. The Best & The Rest was her last album under Sony BMG Music Entertainment label.
The Best & the Rest was promoted by the single "Jutro rano", that became a radio hit in Poland.
Album was certified Gold before being even released and debuted at #1 on the Polish album chart. 30000 copies were sold as of August 2007.
