Limited-time varieties

• The Extreme Spicy TenderCrisp - Lettuce, tomato, hot sauce, Pepperjack cheese and jalapeño peppers
• The Cheesy Bacon TenderCrisp - Lettuce, tomato, Cheese sauce, American cheese, Pepperjack cheese and bacon
• The TenderCrisp Bacon Cheddar Ranch - Lettuce, tomato, Ranch dressing, Cheddar cheese, red onions and bacon
• The BBQ Bacon TenderCrisp - barbecue sauce and bacon (Summer 2007, Spring 2008)
• The Angry TenderCrisp - Pepperjack cheese; bacon; jalapeño peppers; Angry sauce, a sweet pepper sauce; and "Angry Onions", habanero pepper spiced onion strings (Fall-Winter 2009). Part of the company's Angry line of sandwiches along with the Angry Whopper and Angry Original Chicken Sandwich.

Discontinued varieties

• The Spicy TenderCrisp - a creamy hot sauce replaced the mayonnaise (Discontinued July/August 2007).
  Replaced with the $1.00 Spicy Chick'n Crisp sandwich in the US. Still available in some international locations, such as the UK for a limited time in 2010.
• The Firecracker TenderCrisp - a creamy hot sauce, made from a different recipe than the Spicy TenderCrisp, replaced the mayonnaise (Winter 2007–2008).
