Team bleeding or TBing refers to the act of purposely wounding another player on the same team as their own without killing them. Team-bleed is often abbreviated as TB, the person being "TBer". Sometimes games are set up to punish team killers but not team bleeders, so a griefer may employ the strategy of wounding teammates without killing them in order to circumvent anti-griefing mechanisms within a game.
