In its academic programs, Taylor University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The University is also accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, and the Indiana Professional Standards Board. Taylor's music program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music and programs in Computer Engineering and Engineering Physics are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
