Tarzana, Los Angeles

Tarzana ( /tɑrˈzænə/) is a district in the San Fernando Valley region of the city of Los Angeles, California, United States. The neighborhood is a residential community located on the site of a former ranch owned by author Edgar Rice Burroughs. It is named Tarzana after his storybook jungle character hero, Tarzan.
