Juan Carlos Apodaca (born July 15, 1986) is a Venezuelan professional baseball catcher.

Apodaca began his professional career in 2005 with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. He hit three home runs in a game in 2006 while playing for the Vero Beach Dodgers.

Before the 2007 season, the Cincinnati Reds selected Apodaca from the Dodgers in the Triple-A phase of the Rule 5 draft. They sold Apodaca to the Boston Red Sox after the 2007 season for cash considerations. The Red Sox promoted him to the Pawtucket Red Sox in 2010.

The Texas Rangers signed Apodaca to a minor league contract before the 2013 season, with an invitation to spring training.
