Tailwind Airlines is an airline based in Istanbul, Turkey, operating wet-lease charter flights into Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and Antalya Airport. The airline was founded in 2006 as a joint Turkish-British project, with the first commercial flight taking place in May 2009.
2010 was a significant year for Tailwind Airlines with lots of flights and the start of the TRTO (training pilots on 737-400).
