Surbana International Consultants is one of the largest building consultant in Asia.

It used to be part of Surbana Corporation, before it was restructured on 1 April 2013 as a separate entity to pursue growth plans independently as an international consultancy firm.

Surbana Corporation, which will retain only the residential development business based mainly in China, will be integrated into CapitaLand China.

Prior to the restructuring, CapitaLand and Temasek held stakes of 40% and 60% respectively in the residential development and consultancy businesses through Surbana Corporation. With the restructuring, CapitaLand and Temasek will hold their respective stakes of 40% and 60% in the consultancy business separately from their respective stakes of 40% and 60% in the residential development business.
