- Indiana Michigan Power once had a bill-paying office on the first floor, directly across the hallway from the Chase branch. Because of the increasing ability to pay bills online and in stores, the office was eventually closed.
- Locally-based Tower Bank maintains a billboard directly across the street from One Summit Square, positioned so one can see it when driving to the Chase branch's drive-up tellers and ATM.
