Sujatha Vidyalaya

Sujatha Vidyalaya is a leading girls' school in Sri Lanka. Located in The Matara District - Sri Lanka's southern-most District, if you look at a Map of Sri Lanka - of The Southern Province.

The school was established as a Private Buddhist school by the "Matara Buddhists' Society" in 1929.

Sujatha Vidyalaya is one of the oldest Buddhists' schools in Sri Lanka. Sujatha Vidyalaya is now run by the Government of Sri Lanka, and is a National School. Also, Sujatha Vidyalaya was a school of the first group of schools to be converted as a National School.

Sujatha Vidyalaya has two sections - The Primary and The Secondary. Where Sujatha Vidyalaya Primary serves students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 while Sujatha Vidyalaya serves students from Grade 6 to Grade 13.
