- Jack Elam as Colonel Dustin "Dusty" McHowell, a retired army colonel who befriends Shep and gives him advice on his warrior tactics in Space.
- Jo Ann Dearing as Margie Tanen, Beltz's secretary, who at first disliked Shep, but then went with him into space to start a family.
- Roy Dotrice as Zanuck, Shep's Space Commander who thought Shep needed a vacation and gave him instructions before landing on Earth after accidentally damaging his space ship.
- Tony Lango as Knuckles, one of the secondary antagonists, He is one of the two Bounty Hunters sent to kill Shep on Earth.
- Mark Calaway as Hutch, the other secondary antagonist, He is the other Bounty Hunter sent to kill Shep on Earth. He is actually played by another Wrestler called "The Undertaker".
