Strategy Research Foundation

The Strategy Research Foundation (SRF) is an initiative of the Strategic Management Society to support the generation, preservation and dissemination of new knowledge in the field of Strategic Management. Initially funded by the SMS, the SRF provides support, primarily in the form of research grants, to academic researchers with the aim of promoting their research and inviting them to tackle problems and issues as defined in the annual SRF call for proposals for the General Research Program and the Dissertation Research Program.

Famous quotes containing the words strategy, research and/or foundation:

That is the way of youth and life in general: that we do not understand the strategy until after the campaign is over.
    Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe (1749–1832)

The working woman may be quick to see any problems with children as her fault because she isn’t as available to them. However, the fact that she is employed is rarely central to the conflict. And overall, studies show, being employed doesn’t have negative effects on children; carefully done research consistently makes this clear.
    Grace Baruch (20th century)

Wonder is the foundation of all philosophy; research, the progress; ignorance, the end. There is, by heavens, a strong and generous kind of ignorance that yields nothing, for honour and courage, to knowledge: an ignorance to conceive which needs no less knowledge than to conceive knowledge.
    Michel de Montaigne (1533–1592)
