The Stoeger Coach Gun has become a well-known pop culture icon. Bruce Campbell in his role as Ash Williams wields a Stoeger coach gun in the films Evil Dead II and Army of Darkness. In Army of Darkness, Ash mistakenly refers to the Stoeger as a Remington. Remington Arms does have double-barreled shotguns, and they are similar to the Stoeger.
