Stewart Stern - Personal Life

Personal Life

Stern is the nephew of Adolph Zukor, founder of Paramount Pictures. He is a veteran of World War II, during which he fought in the Battle Of The Bulge. He is the subject of the documentary Going Through Splat: The Life And Work Of Stewart Stern.

Stern teaches a course in Seattle called 'The Personal Connection' at TheFilmSchool. He also teaches each year at the Sundance Institute.
