Early Life and Education
He earned a master's degree from Rutgers University's Eagleton Institute of Politics, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and later a Doctor of Philosophy degree in mass communication from Rutgers. He was elected to the New Jersey General Assembly in 1983 with the support of his father, Stephen Adubato Sr., a well-known and influential New Jersey Democratic politician.
