Roper Victim Assistance Academy
The Roper Victim Assistance Academy trains victims' advocates. The Roper Academy was created in 2003 through a federal grant from the United States Department of Justice, Office of Victims of Crime received by the Maryland Governor’s Office of Crime Control and Prevention in partnership with the University of Baltimore.
