- In the seventeenth season episode of The Simpsons called "The Italian Bob", Stan, along with Peter Griffin from Family Guy, can be glimpsed in a police book of criminal offenders. Peter Griffin is dubbed "Plagiarismo" (Plagiarism) and Stan is dubbed "Plagiarismo di Plagiarismo" (Plagiarism of Plagiarism).
- Stan appeared alongside Avery Bullock in the Family Guy episode "Lois Kills Stewie" and Stewie mistakes Stan for Joe due to their large chins.
