St. Mildred's Lightbourn School's Athletics Program offers opportunities for students, whether they compete at an elite level or just like to play for fun. At SMLS, they encourage all girls to participate in sports and physical activity to promote important life skills and healthy living. Some sports offered at SMLS are:
