Since its inception, the college maintains a consistent academic track record, and is very strict with regards to the students discipline inside the campus. Students discipline is given key importance. Several students have been awarded university gold medals for their academic performances. Sri Sai Ram Engineering College has an enviable placement facility that is easily one of the best in the city. The number of students placed in the 2008 batch was 94%.
