Sprint Nextel operates wireless networks on multiple Sprint Nextel-owned frequency bands using multiple radio interfaces including iDen, CDMA 1xRTT, CDMA Ev-DO Rev. A, CDMA 1xAdvanced and LTE. Additionally, Sprint-Nextel provides service to customers via automatic roaming agreements with competing wireless carriers and provides WiMax data services via wholesale agreement with Clearwire.
