Sport Huancayo is a Peruvian football club located in the city of Huancayo, Junín. The club was founded on February 7, 2007 under the name Huancaína Sport Club. After winning the 2008 Copa Perú, they were promoted to the top tier of Peruvian football for the 2009 Torneo Descentralizado season.
