Spergon Wynn

Spergon Wynn

Spergon Wynn III (born August 10, 1978) is a former American and Canadian football quarterback. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He played college football at Southwest Texas State.

Wynn has also played for the Amsterdam Admirals, Minnesota Vikings, BC Lions, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and Toronto Argonauts.

Wynn's shortened NFL career gained much attention in the early 21st century from NFL historians as they examined the 2000 draft and noted how Wynn was the last quarterback picked in the draft before Tom Brady (199th pick by New England Patriots), three time Super Bowl Champion and seven time Pro Bowler.
